Terms & Conditions

1. If your Contract exceeds completion date the Client will be invoiced monthly at a rate of $2.00 +GST per metre {if over 50 lineal metres). And $150+gst per month {if under 50 lineal metres)
2. During a contract period a fence cannot be moved to another location.

4. All properties are owned by Macedon Fencing & Citywide Temporary Fences. Once delivered on site the responsibility for its safe keeping & public liability insurance are with the hirer { client).
5. The customer is responsible for damage, loss or theft of temporary fence panels. Costs include $120 per panel, $20 per concrete block, $5 per star picket, $90 per metre of shade cloth, $6 per clamp
6. Minimum call out fee $350
7. Should panels be ready for collection before due date, there will be no refund.
8. When temporary fence panels are delivered on site the hirer is to sign the delivery docket. This docket is proof of goods delivered, installed on site. If hirer is not on site when goods are delivered Macedon Fencing & Citywide Temporary Fences shall take no responsibility if there is a discrepancy on goods delivered.
9. The blue Citywide signs are on temporary fence panel. These signs are part of the copyright & design structure & must stay on at all times.
10. 15% damage waiver covers any damage to Citywide Temporary Fences stock installed on this site up to the value of $500
